Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once and use it for as many clients as you like.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link and start ticking things off. Nothing to sign up for.
Where is my client's information stored?
In their browser and in the summary they send you. There's no database on our side. That also means you only see their progress when they send the summary.
Can clients upload files to me?
Not directly. They paste links to their files (Drive, Dropbox and so on) into the checklist. The logo check runs right in their browser, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Should clients put passwords in it?
No. The checklist asks clients to invite you as a user (on their domain, Google Business Profile and so on), which is safer than sharing passwords.
